    Love my Case Knives. A little Peanut or small/medium Stockman was my first knife as a kid. The blade steel (420HC Tru-Sharp) is more for collectors though. Buck's 420HC with "Boss heat treatment".. takes the steel to a whole new level of utility.

    I believe it was proven many years ago that edge geometry plays a larger roll in sharpness than steel composition (within reason).

    do they make a single blade version of this or would that only be the smaller slimline trapper?
