Instruction:
Spread out the cards face down on the table and mix them up. Gather them together, with the cards facing away from you, towards the other players, then split the deck. When splitting the deck, be sure to keep the cards face down, close to the table. Perform a riffle shuffle by bending the corners up of each half of the deck and interlacing the cards. While keeping the cards face-down on the table, push them in together. Do 2 more riffle shuffles. Then box the cards by cutting it three times on top of itself. Do another riffle, then, using a card from another deck that has a different back, called the cut card, cut the deck on top of this card. Now you can deal. this is how they shuffle in the casino also and its an excellent explaination. you want to insure the deck is sufficiently randomized and this insures it.

You don't face the cards towards the other players lol. Everything should be facing down to give away as little information as possible.
This is so wrong. You have made some fundamental mistakes. You should never, ever, have the cards facing towards the players. You should always gather them facing you, the dealer. The correct shuffle is riffle, strip the cards fours or five times, riffle twice again, strip the cards again, then riffle once more. Place the cut card on the table then cut the cards minimum five cards from top or bottom of the deck.
