A lot of people in the comments clearly don’t understand the Toronto housing market. This home is in a very sought after area and will definitely sell quickly. The home is beautiful and for anyone that says the street is ugly you clearly haven’t seen the rest of it. As for the old homes beside this one, I can certainly tell you that they will be demolished and turned into new homes in the near future.
According to sales data started off as $2.588 mill in November 2018 and didn’t sell till March 2019 for $2.370 mill so clearly you don’t know the real estate market either lol. That’s a crazy sum of money either way but shows the power of building a new house. Probably took home $500k in profit.

Needs evergreens to provide some greenery through the bleak winter. All straight lines only gives off a cold feeling. Some large pots would help to soften the area. A few evergreens wold offer color throughout the seasons as well as provide some privacy. Again some evergreens along the stairway. Everything need not die in winter. Your backyard should feel inviting all year long. Chain link fencing is so unattractive. I would plant some arborvitaes to obscure it. Inside is bright and has a nice flow from one room to another. Lots of places built in to put things. Tub really has the WOW factor. It really says "Bubble bath?" Bring your glass of wine and relax.
A couple of criticism. Entry way is very odd. I get that the garage kills any view of the street or your neighbors. Walking into a dining table and the kitchen just feels awkward. Would add a closet near the entrance but you have no room due to the garage and how narrow this house is. I hate glass railings especially outside ones that get exposed to the weather. It’ll just look nasty if you’re not constantly cleaning it. Bathtub overlooking the window works in private places but this house is not in that neighbourhood. I like the camo bath tiles, finally something different. The herringbone one is more appealing to more buyers for sure. I like the window styles. The upper deck off the bedroom is nice. Walk out from the basement is great. The walk in closets while narrow are a good touch to upscale things.
