Even sometimes there are cases where many branch civil servants get togather. To bring equality among different caders also they do this, the one will guide and the other having immense trust in them walk, step up and step down. It is to build trust among each other. An IAS, IPS, IRS.., be it any cader of a region , they shouldn't feel or treat the other IRS, IPS, IAS from other region or the same or any other cader unequally.
It builds trust and mutual understanding of these nation building civil servants.
This is also one of the reason. What others said about specially abled is also true.... Hope you got it.. 😊Good day...
