Proximity to water means a healthy, growing population of rats. Expensive to deal with! Rats destroy property & carry disease. Pay for expert to evaluate any purchase, don't be fooled.

You clearly don’t know Washington, virtually every city or town in western Washington is on or near water, lol! There is no rat problem in Kirkland, your claim is just absurd.
