- This is Leonardo UK in Basildon, Essex. Where they manufacture a variety of different electronic instruments many of which are used by those supplying the military armed forces.
Whether or not this type of trading went on before or after the esteablishing of a nearby Child Play Centre is currently unknown but it's unusual enough to interest me & hopefully you too .

It's a measure of a man's self regard and intellect, when he not only confronts a member of the public but proclaims knowledge of the law. He then returns having googled it and proclaims it is "Apparently" okay for you to do it. As opposed to a reasonable decent man who would have apologised humbly for making stuff up as with no authority in the first place. A note to anyone wanting to question members of the public! Fully identify yourself as the police are required to do, or go away.
The police aren't aware of their own policies though.
A lot of people think Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is a concept album, but it isn’t. The first two tracks certainly do give that impression. The segway from "Sergeant Pepper" to "A Little Help From My Friends" for example.
The original plan was an album about their childhoods wasn't it, but they only came up with two such songs so abandoned it, instead turning those two into (very) arguably the greatest single of all time - Penny Lane/Strawberry Fields Forever.
