Reefer Madness Murder House Cold Case Excavation Ybor City

New Developments in the Historic District of Ybor City at the Reefer Madness House, former home of the famous Ax murderer Victor Licata. Inspiration for "Reefer Madness" and the eventual legislation against marijuana. Someone who lived in the house years later in the 1980s had admitted to murdering two victims and buried them in the back yard. The FBI and Local Law enforcement came by to notify Kurt of the cold case. While Kurt the new homeowner was doing work renovating he discovered a bunch of different bones hidden in the back wall of the house. Local Law enforcement will be teaming up with the archeologist at USF to start Digging for the remains which will begin in a few weeks, stay tuned for updates.
