the redbull strategy of starting on used softs and finishing on the fresh set says they were banking entirely of lando messing up the start then getting cocky and max being able to out drive him in the end

Also why suddenly the Mercedes social media accounts shifted to be focusing on Lewis?? This wasn’t the case since the start of the season and okay we get that it’s bec he’s leaving but why suddenly changed now unless they’re afraid…

I was just in a small town in Normandy France where Pierre is from and the only F1 advertisement I saw was George and Lewis. Even in his home town he couldn’t make it in the shop windows

GR is right at the front of the grid when it comes to 1 lap pace, but he is so incompetent when it comes to understand a race. Blows his entire load in the first stint (to get nowhere) and then gets owned at the end of the race....

ya Lando shouldnt have worried about defending two cars at the begining when there was only one of them he really had to worry about. since george lost what like 3-4 positions by the end. honestly think that pit stop f'd Lando the most out of everything.
Max greatest competitor for the championship being Lando is exactly what makes F1 this year boring af, miss the great rivals of F1. Lando is the woulda coulda shoulda boy.

as a lando hater george made the race for me and that start was just incredible. as a carlos hater keep going yr doing a great job
Sabotage? Nah, he decided to go elsewhere so became 2nd instantly. It's how the cookie crumbles
What george did was starting with sprinting during half a marathon. Messed up his tires basically and could not recover from it anymore. Max was the same with karting when he was 10-12. Used to go to local tracks to watch him racing or training. He won from 16-18 year olds bringing extra weight to compensate. He has the same car as Checo so the RB is not the fastest on the grid but he just does it anyway. he's on a path to outclass Senna. It will be really funny in F1 when Max just suddenly says "I want to drive somewhere else but no idea where" for the hell of it and watch all those team bosses crawl all over each other like 10 puppies and 1 little bowl of food 😂 That's how he is and will later say "Nah I'll stay where I am"
They are not intentionally sabotaging him... but they are literally screwing up with so many things related to him and worst of all it turned out that they actually f*cked up his tyre temps AGAIN in QP 1... I mean Hanlon's razor and all that but at some point it's just lame.
You nailed it on GR. He messed up his tyres and had to go Soft-Med-Hards... when they had all planed soft-med-hards... again we have to assume that he has mental problems; he has been doing this long enough!

They gave George the hard tires because he had to pit earlier than planned because he cooked his tires as usual. He would not have lasted 30 laps on the softs. Also, imo George lost his race on T1 as did Lando. He had a great start, but he had to push too hard in front of two cars that were faster. Once Max got past, it was over for both.
Someone did bring up that Zach was saying Max wouldn't be winning if Max wasn't in the RB bc he knew Lando was faster. And then McClaren was the faster car this weekend and Max still pulled it off. But to be fare ya the RB engineers and pt crew are some of the best. They might be toxic but they've def tightened every ounce out of every person in the crew there. except Checo. Checo is crumbling under the toxicity, Max is just immune to the toxicity bc he grew up with Jos as a dad.
Or.. it could be that the Red Bull was actually still the fastest car. We can't tell because we did not really see them with the same tyres at the same time.... Lando always had a massive tyre delta.

Secondly, why don't you grow up. I didn't say that the mac was definitely not the fastest car... i offered another plausible scenario for us to think about. Yes, the one where that team have it wrong, because there are indeed other teams and drivers that believe that the RB was just as fast if not faster.

Mercedes sabotaged George with the hard tyres. McLaren were on fire, and Alpine are on their last legs. Ocon needs to bale fast.
He ate his tyres racing Lando, when Mercedes has a much slower pace car, so his tyres had to last longer cos he had to pit earlier
@@lisalopia8293 - Ok, but why would George race (and block) a much faster car, and ruin his own tyres? That battle with george put Norris down from 7 to 9 seconds behind Max, and is what really lost him the race. George should be like Alonso and drive to the limits of the car, not the other drivers.
