FINALLY! been looking for this for years! Mine was the "rolling code" option, all other tutorials only showed the first steps, not the second round of steps for coding the opener! Woo hoo!

Welp 07 camry worked. Held 1 and 3 to clear car systems then link remote to button hit openers link button and then cars link button and BAM

My 2009 camry hybrid garage door opener will not sinc. any suggestions other than holding down the other two button and starting over.
+Dawn Pugsley the garage door motor has a button to sync inside the box. After you link the remote. Make sure you have that button inside the box pressed. It should blink when you press it you need to go in your car and hit the home link button 3-4 times then it should work.
