One of the things I do respect about gangs and the streets is that when somebody messes up, there is a dp or some type of discipline. Out here, everybody get to do what they want without any repercussions. Not even a sorry. I don't endorse gangs or the criminal lifestyle, but there are positive aspects that normies should follow. Rascal should be corrected. Hardtimes was not a Crip gang. They were wabs but they kinda evolved over the years, though they are still wabs to this day but not as much. But Mando was a Crip, and eventually he had to drop the Crip look because it was not fashionable anymore for a Hispanic to be acting like a Crip. He saw an opening with HT and became one of them. More than likely his homies knew he was a Crip and probably looked they other way and let Mando become a member of Hard Times. That was probably they best they had at the time
