Jordan is still the gold standard, and LeBron doesn't get the credit he deserves because he does other clutch things like defense, blocks, steals, rebounds, passes in big moments. I've even seen Jordan do that stuff. If Kobe's not shooting in the clutch, he's not doing much else!

We clearly saw who the better ball handler was. Kyrie went iso and could flat out ball on everyone who matched up. He went iso on curry, was able to find the shot. Curry went iso on kevin love, got locked down. Plus most all his points came off screens meanwhile kyrie made his own shot with his dribbling.

I think everyone has already said everything there is to be said about this series but Ima say this: the Cavs exposes Currys overrated defense. They showed that due to the lack of talent last year at PG Curry was able to just hide on defense and exert no effort at that end at all and hit a bunch of shots in the 4th but this year, I'm sorry but Kyrie fucking worked him 😂, Curry was playing with such low IQ on defense it wasn't even funny, but anyway congrats to Bron Bron on the well deserved championship

That is EXACTLY what I have been saying all along. He is the most protected star player in the league when it comes to defensive assignments. Last year, he was running unimpeded through picks and screens and spotting up for the long three. He was getting a free ride, so to speak, offensively. The Cavs were bodying him up and getting a little more physical with him which took a visible toll on him. He payed more of a price to get his shot off in the playoffs this year compared to last year. As I have said all along, he is a terrible off-the-ball defender. He gets most of his steals from broken plays and mistakes by the opposing team. He has not shown the ability to make solid defensive plays guarding other point guards one-on-one. Kobe, LeBron and D-Wade, like Jordan, were always equal threats on defense AND offense. I respect Curry, I just don't think he is the beast player in the league. In fact, Klay Thompson can make a solid case for being the most important player on the team because at least he is a much more solid defender than Curry. In my opinion, he is also a better pure shooter than Curry.

This series was showtime for Kyrie. This guy is gonna be SICK in a few years. He's not even in his prime, this MAY be someone with the next killer instinct like Kobe. Tough loss for my warriors tho, too much settling on the jumper, specifically the 3. Couldn't buy a shot when it mattered. I think every super star goes through a questionable "what are you DOING" phase or situation. Lebron, Kobe, etc, it happens. Steph's one of my fav players, but he was very one dimensional this game. He has an Arsenal of other moves, and a midrange game too. Most of all, it's okay if your shot doesn't fall, still facilitate and make the right decisions as a point guard..now we can see how he and his team rebuilds and grows from this. And with the right pick up, golden state could actually be a better team than they were this year. Or at the least more complete. I think we now need a last final series to end this dynasty..a completely healthy cavs vs a completely Warriors to settle who is best.
