A bone-chilling outdoor demonstration of the Kase Neutral Night filter taken during a prolonged period of EXTREMELY cold temperatures of -40 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Great images you brave soul! In my previous career I had to be very careful when bringing my cold gear back into a warm environment (vehicle). Condensation can be an electronics killer. And, did you preset your camera settings while in your Jeep to limit your exposure (pun not intended) to the elements?
great for you to show us...one question is it possible to get the RAW file to fix the "color casting" without side effects. Hope you're warm again this weekend 😄
Temperatures are now unseasonably warm here so it's been an interesting winter so far! And I used some local colour and temperature adjustments/dodging and burning when editing the raw file to help correct some of the effects of casting.
Fantastic Shane. Loved the content, very informative and entertaining. Images are cracking too.
Thank you, Carl! Looking forward to trying it with some MW!
Awesome video!! Wish I was that brave to go into that cold! Now I'm off to buy the night filter!!
It was definitely an adventure! Hope you enjoy the filter when you get it!
Fantastic. Txs. That B&W is also Phenomenal 🤍💙
Thanks, Char!
Great video Shane! Filter sure does a great job! Awesome demo!
Thanks, Chris! It really does!
Superb work ❤️🔥🥇 pretty brave without a face covering 🥶💪
I had one on most of the time but it was too muffling when I tried to talk to the camera haha
