For SIA flights departing Changi Airport, - automated kiosks check-in, 24 hrs before departure - counter check-in, 48 hrs before departure If you are arriving in Singapore on SIA flight, you can only access the lounge if you are a Solitaire PPS member
I’m so disappointed that there is no massage chair for passenger to have a good rest at Changi Airport in Singapore, when they have a long flight from United States. Changi Airport needs to add an additional massage chair for passenger to sleep in and feeling not too tired in the morning, when they are connecting flights to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. I’m going to give Changi Airport a thumb down review. Their airport are not the best in the world for SilverKris Lounge services for clients who traveled a lot on a business and vacation destination trip.

May I know how early we are allow to check in the lounge? can we go in before departure and upon arrival too?
