Master Chéf MR Ming Tsai……………….
I’m very!!!!! comfortable with your technique❗
Oh snap...Kristen!
Basically, I missed the episode when it aired on CREATE. Thanks be 2 God 4 CZcams
Mings dish with a little bit of wasabe on the side, just a couple of pearls as garnish would be killer! I know he made an aioli, but a wasabe ailoli would be great too.
My rice cooker has a line for how much water to add, and I always go to the mark above what it says, and the rice is perfect. 2 cups of rice, use the 3 cup water mark. I also rinse the rice 4-5 times.
Oh geez...Kristen Kish what the heck
I'm crying over all of that saffron that was mixed with lemon, and then wasted😢
Well, Kristen Kish's restaurant, Arlo Grey, is just a few blocks from me. I thought I might take my girlfriend there before the end of the world, so I looked at the menu online. The cocktail ingredients are fantastic and I bet the mixes taste that way. Her "Cripsy" Rice (as shown in the video) is on the menu. This is downtown Austin, so everything is expensive, no problem. Unfortunately, though, the meat dishes are labeled "Protein" and I will not go to any restaurant with so ignorant a menu. I eat meat and always will, but I am aware that vegetables have protein, too. FAIL.
This is lovely food though, and what she says about getting out the blenders and other appliances when you don't need them is spot on.
Meat!!!!! Love it!
