Start in better weather only summertime, as your experience builds try more ambitious projects (as this happens you will build your gear kit). Work out and try different sports (mainly climbing, hiking, weight training). It's a beautiful feeling to know you're standing on one of tallest peaks. Sad to say that the TNF pro athlete team has seen so many losses of late. Just this week Hilaree Nelson was lost. So sad.
