This is a 2008 Nissan Armada Starter remove and install. This engine is similar with the Nissan Titan, so its basically the same procedure when replacing the starter on that car.

7 ft. lbs. - Intake manifold bolts
34 ft. lbs. - 14mm Starter bolts
5 ft. lbs - Starter wire nut
5 ft. lbs - Evap bracket
5 ft. lbs - Negative battery terminal nut
5 ft. lbs - Engine cover bolts
5 ft. lbs - Transmission dipstick bracket

Excellent video , I hav a 2005 Titan, sometimes it would click & then turn the key a second time & usually it started but I knew the brushes in the starter was wearing out . Tried to find out how much the starter would cost & found out the starter is installed under the plastic intake manifold . I definitely was not going to hit that with a hammer incase I got stuck . In the old days the starter was under the engine making it real easy to install & remove but not anymore . $388 not including the starter which was $175 for just the starter . $563 plus tax . Nissan engineers & designer's have really fixed it so to make it not simple . . .

Thanks for making this video! Helped me a ton to fix my '12 Armada. Really made an intimidating project seem easy. Took me about 3 1/2 hours. Those 2 starter bolts took longer to break free than taking off the entire intake! Thanks!

lol yeah, the starter bolts were tough, definitely need a breaker bar and a good angle.
