Yep, there was training footage of him doing exactly that. He's also mentioned fighting flat on his feet a few times as something he's not doing the next go-round. Conor has dogged his opponents in the past so now all that is coming back to him from all of his haters. I think he will come back stronger than ever as long as he can get through a camp without injury. The only way to shut people up is with a strong knockout or TKO win.

You think they're going to let him just fight the last fight on his contract without trying to force him to negotiate a new deal? Nate has already said he wants to comeback to the UFC at some point. Conor has said multiple times he has no plans to leave the UFC. Outside of a Manny Pacquiao boxing match there's nothing that can pay him what he makes in the UFC. No one else makes in their entire career what Conor gets paid for one fight in that promotion. Absolutely no one his PPV cuts are enormous.
