Got that right. And this is the grand daddy track for sprint cars. I've got a puc of 2 of my cousins brothers,racing a vintage sprint and a vintage champ car.right in front of the hall of fame and museum. The oldest boy used to run 360's here

That could have been way worse. He was an inch off Courtney low and then the same off Day up high. Crazy no one was collected. Logans a really clean racer. Bummer

Man Iowa is hitting hard and heavy then. These guys were here last night,and ARCA, Xfinity,and cup cars are here at Iowa Speedway this weekend also.but gotta love dirt first.
I've run a vintage sprinter here and I've got a pic of 2 of my cousins,brothers,in a vintage sprint and vintage champ car right in front of the hall of fame and museum.this is the greatest track on dirt.when the nationals show up its a week worth of racing. Population of Knoxville isn't even 7500.and for the week of the nationals it's pushing close to 40000. Drivers from all over the USA,Canada,New Zealand,and Australia. It's an awesome show
18 year olds that just finished high school had a great day in 410 sprint car racing. Corey Day winning this race beating the best of the Outlaws, the best of the High Limit, and the locals for Knoxville and Kyle Larson. At Lincoln Speedway in Pennsylvania, 18 year old that just finished high school, Cameron Smith, won at Lincoln Speedway.
His second win in 3 weeks, cam Smith. Awesome seeing the youngsters in this sport blossom before our eyes
Cam Smith also had a win at Williams Grove with the Posse the week after he graduated. Kid is doing great for a recent graduate!

Corey Day is going to be a regular in the winners circle at Knoxville and everywhere else. Good to see Larson run well and both of my favorites on the cushion killing it. Shuchart took himself out shooting up to block Day. The High Limit guys are rolling and seeing Day running 14 to the front is Cool...

Outlaws 2 cars in the top 10 each night pretty week.
Outlaws are weak with truely only 6 competitive cars 18/15/17/2/41/1s and there super reliant on the front row to actually win just look at there races there damn near 90% winning off the front row so when there forced to race there 💩 all 6 of them "stats dont lie"🏁🏁🤭😂🤔

Day for the Knoxville Nationals??
It takes an almost perfect week to win the Nationals. Not sure the 14 is ready for that level of perfection for the 2 full days they'd run to win it all. He's good enough and the car is fast enough. Will be fun to see if they can put it together. We used to race against Corey's dad Ronnie back in the 80s and early 90s. Ronnie was a gasser even after he broke his neck at Baylands. How he survived that one I'll never know. He was leading coming on the bottom coming off of 4 when he got hooked straight head on into the outside wall. It was one of the worst impacts I've ever seen in my 65 years at tracks . God Almighty, he hit hard. He's and his wife have raised a good kid in Corey.

They've done it before. Dirt track racing is not a fit for a cable television broadcast format wise. Too much downtime. Dirtvision and FloRacing stream nationally/globally so in essence it is already available nationwide.
NASCAR will NOT let it happen !!
There’s no reason to. They’ve tried years ago but there’s no efficient way doing it. Plus cable is on a huge decline. Most people are streaming anymore. I have Flo, and Dirt Vision, and couple others for baseball and football and that’s it.

Yikes 120 against the wall in the mud
I've been to Knoxville twice. You can't believe the corner speed against the cushion and wall there. Eldora and Volusia are both faster overall and they are both banked. Because of the banks the cars are yawed with the right rear against the fence. At Knoxville they mostly drive it straight so the right front has a good chance of getting stuffed in the wall first. Nothin' good ever comes from that.

When you don’t race up front as much, this is the results. Logan needed that cash way more the kid or multimillionaire Kyle Larson.
Yes he did need that win all way around…. Keep his drive up and money In the bank. Logan clearly had very fast car and would probably won it on experience.
