Hahaha right. Those first 5 seconds were rough. I’d buy the drummer a beer for somehow throwing everyone off by a half beat and somehow syncing back up at once as quick as they did.
Would be pissed to be one of the marching drums and not play a single note.

Damn this is funny 😅 A song most well known for featuring in a film that uses a sci-fi premise to discuss the veil that is drawn over our eyes every day by the establishment, played with incredible pomp and circumstance by a group of people who've dedicated their lives to subservience and defence of it. With a tempo that ruins the whole vibe 🤣

Not keen. I fall into classical whereas this just felt rushed and there was no release... just on edge? I like to feel the emotions the song intends to give but as I said this just feels rushed.

It is rushed. I'm a fan of the original track, and they rushed it to include the climactic parts up front without building the intrigue and suspense. Really shows the number was cut for time.
