Does the method you use to make the gores change if it is a lot larger in size and if it is duct work. Got some elbows on ductwork that are a lot bigger and I can get the gores to work rite with this method. It’s works awesome on 16 inch pipe but not so much on 60 inch duct work.

yes you have to measure the inside of the 90 which is the throat and the outside back of the 90 which is the shoulder for you to be able to divide the gores equally, hopefully i answered your question.
