In the Netherlands you pay 1000 euro for a 10 sqaure meter room without sanitary facilities.... the poor people now have less luxury than the slaves at the chateau at that time.. most rich people nowadays get rich from squeezing poor people ...llike the did in the middleages till begin 1900's .. . they are in a good position themselves and those who work for them live for 1000 euros a month in a room of 10 square meters ......... .. so that the money they earn keeps coming back to the rich in a circle... the poor become poor, the rich become richer by squeezing poor people. remember that when you watch this video. And as much as I appreciate that old buildings are being restored, this does not have to be at the expense of the poorest in this world. People like this don't know anything about the value of money..........

Unbelievable château...beautifully built and preserved. The price does not do it justice and with an aerodrome, 27 hectares and so close to paris. Beautifully presented, thank you. I hope whoever is chosen to carry on with its history, does so with the same passion as those who built it.

This is truly an amazing castle and really would love to be able to own this and can just think of a few other people with chateaus who would love to visit am sure! This gives everyone what they may want when visiting and you can certainly enjoy all seasons of the year. Formal and yet so relaxing in nature, So much history! That is important to me and to think how much time and love the owners before have put into this castle and this alone makes one want to only change what we must as never want to lose the richness of the history and yet keep it up in a way the home deserves. The price does not include furniture, so some might be busy buying furniture I would think?
This would only be a dream for me and for many others, but you have shown this property in such a lovely way and touched on so many important points, that would be needed by most in considering moving here, and making any kind of decision. ( Having your own runway for your own airplane or for visitors, would be outstanding! ) Think anyone could find a way to be happy here.

Très belle visite ! Le prix, ( hors de mes moyens ), est très raisonnable au regard des prestations proposées. Ceci dit, les coûts d'entretien pour un maintient en l' état sont conséquents… Reste plus qu'à lui trouver un beau projet d'exploitation !

La chance de ce château avoir préservé ses lambris gothiques et certaines pièces de mobilier une chambre il me semble les sculptures intérieur 😍 et ce parc a l’anglaise petite frustration ne pas avoir vu La Chapelle peut-être pour des raisons de sécurité…. ❤👏👏👏

C'est un chateau merveilleux :) J'aime tout mais je voudrais souligner les fauteuils bleu clair dans le salon, les lustres (9:40) les vaisselles de cuivre (sur l'escalier et dans la cuisine), la petite espace dans la tour (13:25) pour se préparer... Merci :)

I checked the link, it is listed for this same price. Agree it is really cheap and still looks well maintained. Incredible steal but maintenance will be high. You need to hire at least a caretaker @@Dorihn2009
Edit: I finally found the place. It's called Château de Chesnay-Haguest and near a little village Vexin-sur-Epte. Vernon is 18 min away for shopping. I deleted the outscirts as it is more like in the middle of nowhere, relatively speaking. At least we know now🙃
