Chris throws a tantrum about his Grandma!

- Chris took a walk the other night and Chris kept looking for his Grandma Barbara, because earlier in the day I had told him we were going to visit her. Unfortunately, I got home later than expected and we couldn’t go, so he was very upset. I have to be careful what I promise him. #tantrum #parrot #cockatoo #strolling

My Cockatoo adores my housekeeper. When I tell him she'll be over and later she has to cancel, I am told in no uncertain terms how upset he is. It's just too adorable!

Poor Chris, he's got a lot on at the moment to contend with. I hope he is feeling ok today, he loves his Barbara so much, I'm sure once he see's her he will feel alot better. Umfortunately that's how it goes sometimes, plans fall through but obviously Chissy doesn't understand that. You are a great team and hope things quieten down for you soon. Animal lovers are understanding. Our backyard shares a fence with a large dog that barks at everything, but none of the neighbors mind... We all joke that he's the neighborhood watch dog, and his barks just blend into the background noise. Matter of fact, I would miss them if he were gone ❤

The walk was supposed to destress both Chris & his owner. I don't think it exactly worked. How on Earth do you keep a cockatoo in a condo without getting kicked out? Just curious. I have 3 LOUD 20+ year old parrots, but I live in a house that has mostly understanding neighbors. 🦜🦜🦜
@@bobbobbob1318 I don’t make that much noise honestly. We hear people’s dogs barking and their noise, too. But I’m not keeping anyone awake at night so no one has said anything. 🤷♂️

@christhecockatoo4086 Excuse the nominees, but what time zone are you & Chris in that allows animals to visit residents? In the state that I'm in the nursing homes do NOT allow animal visits. The visits do so much good, I don't see why they don't...🦜🐕🐈

Chris isn’t throwing a tantrum. he’s calling out to other parrots in the neighborhood (of which I’m sure there are none) but that’s what he’s doing…calling for Birds of his own kind!
