Southdale Mall is awesome small size movie theater affordable that leads to the shop in mall
I have seen MANY movies at the southdale AMC! The Edina theater is also great for independent films!
I wouldn’t call the AMC theaters there “small size” that’s pretty big for a theater anywhere in the world. And obviously there are bigger malls but Southdale was the very first indoor mall and I’d stay its still relatively big including all the restaurants etc

If you haven’t yet, check out niche.com! You can look at just neighborhoods/cities and they give grades on diversity! So you can sort of find a sweet spot on all of the factors!

Not so much! In MN tenants usually work directly with landlords. Check out Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace for rentals! Definitely my favorite places to find them :)
