Teruhiko Nakagawa and Hideki Naganuma were cooking with this soundtrack. Nakagawa had a hand with the Blaze versions of these tracks and had sound director roles with composing and Naganuma did the regular stuff. He’s also well known for his work on the Jet Set Radio games

Seeing Blaze fly across the map in alot of the levels was fun... SPOILER ahead!!!!! but my favourite part was the 1v1 at the end, fighting as Sonic against Blaze (in Sonic's world). Amazing and the first video game I ever played : )
I grew up with sonic rush, it's the reason why Blaze is one of my favorite characters. technically being one of the first boost games ever, it does great in being high energy along with music from the same guy that composed the Jet Set Radio Soundtrack. I hope Sega makes another title like this again.
At a church is not what i expected to hear when i hear "this is how i played sonic rush" its usually from stealing your cousins ds and hiding in the bathroom to play it

Seems dumb, but at the time, This was not well known, because SEGA proper had only very recently adopted chili dogs as Sonic's favorite food from the comics. So I was the only one who knew.

That’s such a cool idea to have another artist remix the main songs! 😂 I know Naganuma left but if Nakagawa could return I’d be GASSED too FUNKY

Yeah I didn’t realise how strong this initial outing for her was! She even has the white stripes across her heels like sonic!! They are true opposites
