Can you please tell me whether AFR screw controls "air" or "petrol" for my specific bike model? & whether tightening the AFR screw increase or decrease petrol/Air. Actually, I recently cleaned the carburetor of my Hero Ignitor thoroughly by removing afr screw. Prior to removing the screw, I noted the no. of turns from full tight position, & after assembling, I kept the same setting but now I'm noticing slight black ash from the exhaust(finger test.) & also the spark plug is now blackish. Its AFR screw has a rubber O-ring at the top. I want to know which way shall I rotate that screw to minimise/tune petrol flow. Also, my bike has clocked 33,000kms without engine work but with a bad history of valve clearances. & it struggles to go above 60km/hr(although valve clearances are ok now). Can you please help me for these issues?

Mere pas NA160 he usme CV Carb he (diaphragm wala). Muze problem aa rahe he Idle rpm se. RPM decreasing slowly and when i stop bike sometimes RPM goes so low that it feels like engine will stop.

Check air filter or remove it and then try to get the top speed if it does then air filter would be a problem
