Hey brother I bought this same cutter. I made some first few good cuts and now it's breaking the cast iron. I scorched the pipe also and its a hit and miss on cuts. Have you had this issue with yours?
when cutting 2 inch you cant put the chain on the tightest link. I was breaking 2" at first. Put it on a little loose then use the wheel to tighten down. You get more wheels in contact with the pipe. I didnt have the problem with 3 or 4 inch.
