The Nodon Front’s theme is all about embracing the traditional God Wars Dungeon experience and taking it to the next level. Today, developers lift the veil on the Dragonkin army that'll lay siege to Senntisten, give you a first taste of the epic fight against their General, Kerapac, and reveal the wealth of legendary rewards that victory will bring you!
The Elder Gods are beginning their assault on Senntisten Cathedral to decide the very fate of Gielinor - and Time is not on your side.

Same here, it honestly reminds me of promotional videos for AAA games and it just makes the modern game feel, well, modern.

As a reminder DO NOT HOLD ANYTHING, SELL ALL YOUR STUFF, prices of release day remain at their highest for ~8-12 Hours, after that prices star to get lower and once Jagex touches them, they tend to get lower even more (or up if it's a buff). Besides... You can always get a second one or buy a spare the next month.
That's if you want to maximize your profits and have the content creators like Evil Lucario, Basetank, Futon, Maikeru and Protoxx talk about the staff Early.
I have played this game since 2005. I love this game. Love Jagex. They don’t always get everything right but there is not a single game developer in the world who listens to their player base more then Jagex does.

Poor Kerapac. At least one of my favourite characters is going to be a badass boss...that’ll be defeated despite wielding the power of 2 elder artifacts. Jas's eye beams at 0:50 were badass; wonder if it'll ever show up in game. Hope it does. And heh, Ramen was so used to saying tier that he said tier 92 Slayer instead of level at 3:08.
kerapac throughout the story is someone we can feel for (with his curse and his search for a way to get rid of it) but in the end he is a bitter man (dragonkin?) that cant let go of old grudges, and tb that makes him a fun antagonist as he is once again forced to fight for the thing he hates most because of his own old grudges

Definitely interested in trying all this out. Though if you're going to upgrade the cannons, how about making it more clear where we can use them and widening that gap a bit? I swear 3/4 of the gameworld it's too damp, too hot, my cannon is so picky!
I really like that RS3's storyline begins to resemble Mass Effect. The Elder Gods are like The Reapers - they just hatch and consume all life, and you got all races in the Universe trying to stop them.

@@baronzeegmot3801 there’s videos from lots of OSRS youtubers stating stadistics on how many bots OSRS has on avg per day and usually range from 19k-25k bots daily. If you substract that from the real players, you can see a pretty equal player-base on both games.

I knew they’d add a tier above 92 and everyone thought I was crazy!
They said that they wouldn't add gear past Tier 80 but then Tier 90 came out. Later on they added T92 so I'm not surprised lol.
That's the only way to put magic "on par" with Melee and Ranged really.
i knew as well. they have to if they want to keep adding content to the game. if the game lasts long enough we will get t99s and eventually 120 combat stats and they will do the same thing slowly releasing more tiers and bosses to go with those tiers.
@@2Poor4UserName OMG, slayer creatures with 120 stats will be absolute minibosses , few monsters and bosses in the game have over 99 stats like elite monsters such as the slasher demon and soulgazer elite, and bosses such as raksha and the Rex matriarchs. Now imagine adding T120 summoning familiars, prayers, potions more powerful than elder overload, armours, weapons, jewelries, and 120 lvl requirements to gather and craft objects. Who knows how much the game will expand.

Tbh, I think this is a better way to show the Elder Gods our worth than making a garden. All of the world pulling together to siphon the excess build up on the eggs, I think at the end of this the Elder Gods will realize were not trying to kill their eggs (Or give the option to explain ourselves)
Something tells me the next front will be the Tzhaar (or at least one of the upcoming fronts)
I mean, not the Tzhaar, but more likely TokHaar. Or a mix. The elders may transport the kiln... But in any case, they are obviously going to be Ful's forces
@@eemelikorteniemi3966 Saddest thing, I said 'TokHaar' in my head but still typed Tzhaar. Especially since they showed their disgust after the Battle of the Monolith.
Though thinking about it, the Tzhaar are still loyal to Ful, they just want to keep their individuality, but at the same time, because they can think for themselves and we ARE their champion, they might ask what were doing. Which would lead to them figuring out were trying to siphon the bad off the eggs and they might try to help us.

At 2:52, is it me or doesn't Kerapac sound like Grigori from Dragon's Dogma?
So what exactly is the win condition for the Gielinorian factions? Obviously, the Elder God armies just have to breach the cathedral and claim the eggs, but what does victory for us look like? It can't just be "stop them from getting the eggs" because then we're fighting a war of attrition.
Plot has a simple formula: "Do X before Y or else Z"
We already know Y and Z, but right now, X is unclear. "Do X before [the Elder Gods reach their eggs] or else [the eggs will hatch and destroy the universe]"
Gielinor's win condition is X.
Is it for the gods to drain enough anima from the eggs to put them into a dormant state again and prevent them from hatching? That makes the most sense, but it's never been clearly communicated.
Waiting for Lucario , scuzzy solo the boss in hard mode the first hour of release lol
I don't do PvM bossing. But I'm really excited to see the armies of Wen and Bik. We already know that Ful's forces will be the TokHaar. But we've yet to really see what beings align with the other 2 Elder Gods. I can't wait. I hope Wen is a bit more than just beefier ice giants and glacor

Estaria chido ver mas, claro que si, pero ojala agreguen armas para llenar los espacios vacios, no se, Javelins, Daggers, Warhammers, Throwing Knives, algo asi como con mas variedad, y obviamente, con efectos chidos.

Technically, Guthix was awake ever since we triggered the alarm. He allowed himself to be killed by Sliske. Partly because he missed his tribe and wanted to join them... partly because he realized that a new age without gods can only be achieved by a mortal. He gave us, the World Guardians, the power to do just that.

Guthix infused the World Guardian with an enchantment that could only be triggered by shadow magic. Guthix actually planned to be killed by Sliske so that his power would be channeled to him. That power later served as a catalyst to awaken the true potential of the World Guardian. An untapped potential that could be subconsciously called for when it would be needed the most. So basically a mortal soul with added anima + shadow anima + Edicts + shadow magic combo... hoo boy.
That's one way to write yourself out of a corner... but yes, there is plenty of lore to sort through if one chooses to.

@@yuen3660 ZGS is still useful because of its spec. It's not like the ZGS is insanely good right now when Khopeshes out-dps it in single target situations and a Nox scythe has the benefit of halberd range.

Eh, they said we'd be getting fragments for the weapon on each general throughout the 4 fronts, so I think this staff will be the only T95 for now
@@soulsreaper7145 I get the impression that at some point the staff was destroyed. Whether that be when we kill Kerapac or Jas/Kerapac already destroyed the original staff, and rebuilt it for their own design. Even though it was originally an Elder God artifact, I feel like putting the broken up pieces back together would make it something a bit less powerful than it was originally.

Tier 92 slayer?
Wow, they had the same idea I had with magic gloves, but I imagine it as part of Infernal Source.
Other than that, I don't think we should have tier 95t weapons for at least the next few years. Instead of killing more content, fix old and dead content, OSRS team has proven that buff some old stuff is sometimes better than just replacing it with some new gear. Magic already has so many staff's that no one uses for example, what we need are new abilities and items that affect abilities for Magic, improved spells etc.
The lower tier staves are for new/poor players that can't afford the best of the best, you can't really start the game today and buy a sos tomorrow
At this point we’re starting to dip into “bottom of the design barrel” territory for t80-90 weapons, though we could still use T92 Thrown, T92 Crush, and T92 Halberd weapons (though I kind of wish they wouldn’t, if only because I dyed my Noxious Scythe assuming they’d have to release t95s before considering something as good as a t92 halberd)

with Jas being the most prominent elder god that the fan base has known for so long with the Stone of Jas, that Jas would be held for the last front.
Eh, on the flip side with Jas being the most prominent it would also make sense for her to have an army ready to attack right away.
I think the order doesn't really matter, after all, Jas was the first elder God we met in person.

That's actually cool, the higher the requirements, the slightly more expensive these items will be.
Although that's a double edged sword since it also may increase usage oer hour in case the mobs drop items required to recharge something else (like Jas Pages).
