Thank you Jesus for this man of God. I've been watching your sermons for a few weeks now. And let me tell you everyone I came across i needed to hear. I struggle with depression, anxiety, and sever panic attacks. I have 5 tumors that make it all worse. One is on my brain and the problems it's causing with my health is really bad. The headaches is way beyond the 10 level. I see a brain and spine surgeon next month. I have 3 tumors on my spine and 1 on my right adrenal gland. Those are hurting me and causing major problems with how my brain works. All this has been eating me up inside all year. I decided to get all new doctors this year because my old doctors didn't want to help me in the way I need help. So I put it in God's hands to send me to the right doctors to help me. Pray for me. I give God all the glory. Amen and again I say Amen!
Praying for you Purplewalker. I pray that God wraps you in his arms and gives you peace and no more pain. You deserve healing and I hope that God brings that to you soon. God Bless you!

I was doubting God, when I saw this sermon, no way this is a coincidence, I believe it's God's doing. I was asking these questions" If he's in control why are all these things happening" but I'm better informed to ask a good question and not otherwise. I pray that the Lord enables whoever is hearing or has heard this sermon to not let his or mind make him or her feel like nothing, you are valued by God that's why he paid the price for your sins, he won't do that for someone without value. I’ve struggled with addiction for 5 years. I’m 22 now and live completely sober & happy but most importantly I’m closer than I’ve ever been with God and it’s because of him that I’ve gained everything that I once lost. I woke up having a panic attack, tears streaming down my face, and I asked God to please take it away. Take away the pain and the fear. I asked God to speak to me, and I decided to put on a church sermon to hear from God instead of a TV show to drown out my fears. It goes without saying that God spoke to me and gave me peace. Instead of asking God to take away my pain and fear, I'm asking God to grow me through it, knowing that God has the power to heal me, but has decided instead to teach me.

Don’t take it personal when people take out their pain on you
They attack you and then expect you to apologize because it's your fault. After a while it makes you think it might actually be your fault because you're a bad person. I have a list of people I am seeking forgiveness from that will not take responsibility for hurting and controlling me yet I can't seem to have peace because I just want the peace that can only come through forgiveness. I do take responsibility for being a knucklehead at times but I just can't keep going through this with people!
Well people if they are people can practice SELF CONTROL. A FRUIT OF GODS SPIRIT.

True. But when someone "takes out their pain" on others (for whatever reason)...are they not causing pain to another person? Disregarding another by telling them not to " take it personal" is hardly an answer. Each situation is different. For those who choose to use their pain as a way to justify acting with hatred and malice, they should not be surprised if they are treated in like manner.
Even if just rebuked. As Jesus did rebuke his adversaries..and at times even His Own.
However, if one is truly a child of Yahweh then they Will be corrected by Him...if they are not, then they are bastards and not true sons and daughters of Christ. If one is in Christ then they should have self control..This does not mean they have to trust or even associate with someone who is continually causing them pain.
I can't tell the number of times I listen to this song everyday, whenever I feel like complaining, or over whelmed I remember how far God has brought me & instead praise and thank Him for being so good to me.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I've heard many of Steven furtick's sermons but this one touched me so deeply. I've been feeling since I was young very rejected, alone and questioning my existence. It's even harder now that my son has severe autism and we are isolated and feel cut off from society. I would always question why I had no family and no help but I realize God is really all I need. Thank you Pastor.
Just letting you know 1 year later … working night shift as a pediatric home care nurse, this message matters!! I grew up in church but had the faith of my parents and not my own, lost my youngest son to drowning 13 years ago and ran from the Lord. It’s been and up and down battle since then. Over the last couple of months our new business has struggled beyond belief and I was so so close to divorcing my husband because I selfishly thought he was supposed to make me happy….I was overwhelmed by stress on angles and then I was reminded only God can make my happy! On May 18th at 2:02 in the morning GOD WOKE ME UP!! I rededicated my life right there, just me and God. I know God has a purpose for all the pain and I know He wants to use my story for His glory. Satan has tried to tell me “Oh but your not ready yet. Wait a little while and make sure this sticks before you tell someone.” Right now in this moment I am refusing to believe this lie!!! When Jesus called the disciplines it says they immediately stopped what they were doing and followed Him. They didn’t wait till they were ready, God made them ready! I have struggled with fear and anxiety my whole life but I refuse to be controlled by it or what other people may think. I will never be good enough…but my God is and HE matters!! Thank you for this message 🙏
I'm glad you came back to Jesus. And I can tell you from my own life I know what it is to lose a child, it's tough but God is greater than the heartbreak. Now after 17 years God has used my heartbreak to love others going through this loss. He gave me understanding to understand what others are facing.

Amen..I felt the same way too here in Japan. When God wants to speak with you he will do it.
its the same same thing i heard in my spirit as i was listening to an audio book and wanted to take a break and just chill.
But i felt a conviction that i should search for furtick and listen to one of his sermons and i came across this specific one and chos eit over the other sermons.
I never leave comments on CZcams pages, mostly because I know it’ll never been seen. However, this Sermon pulled my heart right outta my chest and pumped it back to life again. Theses last few years have been tough.
Divorce, moving states, new job, single mom, in and out of horrible relationships. Saturday was my breaking point. Saturday was the day I finally lost all hope and tried to take my life. Luckily I wasn’t successful. Part of me feels like I didn’t take enough pills on purpose, knowing it wouldn’t be enough to take me out but at least enough to knock me out for some time. Waking up was hard. I’ve never felt so lost, confused, angry and sad in my whole life. Today wasn’t much better. Slept 90% of the day and when I was awake I just cried uncontrollably. I’ve been watching Furtick for over a year now but lately I’ve been skipping past his videos, just not wanting to hear all the “God talk” Today though, God left me no choice. I opened my app and this video started playing right away, without hesitation. I stopped and listened. Steven, thank you for what you do. It’s people like you who give people like us hope and strength to some how keep going. Thank you. Thank you for saving me. Thank you♥️

The Sabbath was "sanctified" or "קָדַשׁ" which means to set apart for holy use Gen 2:3 "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it..." (KJV), and thus Adam and Eve kept it holy. Infact, sin is defined as transgressing or breaking any of the 10 commandments as per 1 Jo 3:4 "..sin is the transgression of the law." (KJV). So, when Satan sinned, he actually broke the 10 commandments for indeed angels also have to keep them in heaven Psa 103:20 "Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments..."(KJV). Infact, the saints, described as those that "..keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." (Rev 14:12, KJV) will keep the 10 Commandments in the new heavens and the new earth including keeping the Sabbath holy by e.g gathering to worship the LORD as per:
Isa 66:22 "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make...it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD." (KJV).
Hebrews 4:9 "There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God." (KJV) The word 'rest' is translated from the ancient or traditional Greek Manuscript word 'σαββατισμός'
(Sabbatismos) - A Sabbath, Rest. The 7th day Sabbath still stands active today for GOD'S people.
I am not going to force you to keep Shabbat holy (I encourage to do a study on this matter) but if you end up coming short in the end, remember that the LORD did reach out to you using me.
Heb 4:1 "Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it." (KJV). I digress.

Came here reading this in February 2024, I feel like there were some parts that really resonated with me other parts, that my mind was just too distracted to comprehend. I still feel grateful to have actually listened to the whole sermon instead of logging off because Lord knows I wanted to log off so many times. I pray for peace and clarity during this time of my life.
You ministered to my soul. As I have been struggling with worry ( what if ??? ) you said it word for word. I was making breakfast (in my robe). My hours at work ( two jobs) have been cut. I woke up in the (middle of the night) with overwhelming feelings of why ? With my adult kids ( relationships) from a divorce, that was not my decision, but I feel I'm getting the wrath of it all 😢 my favorite verse is Phil 4:7, which I prayed and cried out to God last night, saying you are bigger than my kids, my job and all the WHAT IFS ??? In my mind, right now. Take this feeling of overwhelming circumstances that the enemy is placing in my mind/ thoughts! I decided to prop my phone up while making breakfast to listen to your sermon, I'm so grateful I did... as I feel God was speaking to me through you... like you could see me and feel my pain. If you could please keep me in prayers for restoration with grown kids, I would appreciate it much.
