Bro, th Executive mansion is the residence of the president, so nobody don't just walk there at any time you want. Former president can only go there by invitation of the current president. The VIP Lounge is specifically designed for VIP travelers only and so as a Former president of the Republic of Liberia he should never been denied. You can't compare the residence of the president and Airport Lounge room.
