Not taking the knee was Golovin's choice. You can't force him to do it if he doesn't want to. And what Van Dijk did was right, you can't just run onto the pitch and expect him to stop the interview to give you a photo or autograph.
And he was in an interview so he needed to focus on the interview

Putting this out right now. Ronaldo scored 801, correct? This includes friendlies aswell. Pele's record only included league goals for back then, but now they allow friendly goals, which makes Pele wrong with his own record as it's approximately 1350. Please don't make me do this again.
526 of Pele goals came from unofficial Friendlies, Tour games military competition shit like that but Cristiano’s goals from friendlies were official games so they count, reason Pele’s goals (526) don’t count is because they were charity games or something games that don’t matter just like Ronaldo played a Training game with Juventus before his first game it was the first team v second team and he scored so that goal would count if you count unofficial friendlies

What van dijk did was great and an example for everybody. A “fan” should not be rewarded for breaking the rules and getting so much attention. When you want an autograph or a picture you do it in public places and when the players both have time and attention. You can’t for example run on the pitch and take a selfie because it makes the whole game pause which messes with their mindset by which you instantly ruin a little bit of the game also by making the ref stop the match for the fan to be removed. No matter how much you want a picture with somebody you always have to stick to the rules and respect both the rules, the players and of course the rest of the fans.
