I really admire how you have shown basically everything that can be shown. I think it will help so many people who are going to be getting a big operation. That massage is amazing, I had it when I was having chemo, they came by and asked if I wanted a foot massage. That was soooo special!!

Its better to eat light/home made or healthy food instead of fast food/fried food...the oil(palmolein) that they fry in ,are not especially healthy
Tiff, I was dreading the abdominal drain removal for you. I have had at least 30 pelvic/abdominal surgeries, of which my surgeon likes to leave drains in post op……I absolutely detest having them removed as it feels like your insides are being ripped out. So it’s not just you, it truly is painful. I’m so proud of you though….you have handled this entire process with class and grace :) you are such a remarkable human and I’m praying this is going to be the end of your cancer journey🥰💞😍

It is so good to see all 3 of you smiling and especially you just look so much better than you did. It's terrible that you have been going through this especially at such a young age. And your mom, you and your family losing your dad has just been alot for all of you. I pray for you, your mom, Matt and your family everyday. I'm glad you are also not trying to rush you going home. I have been in and out of the emergency room/hospital alot for the past few years myself and I used to always try to rush going home but over the years I now try really hard to not try to rush them letting me go home especially since there have been so many times that I would rush them to go home and then end up having to go to the emergency room to just end up being admitted back into the hospital. I have several health problems (nothing like cancer) but I have always had a fast heart rate, I have extremely high blood pressure, I have recently started having seizures, I have extremely bad headaches to the point I am not able to get out of bed, but they have ruled out migraines. I have Crohn's disease and gastroparesis and I have to see a couple new Drs soon and 1 of them is to find out if I am going to need surgery soon for another hernia. I have neuropathy and thyroid problems and I am borderline diabetic. So I do understand your wanting to go home but just don't try to rush it. You seem to be doing very well for all that you have been going through. Again I will keep you all in my prayers and I will be looking for your next video. Take care. We got this 💙

I am suffering extremely much, gone through a tumor already and had a histerectomy for it, now the main nerve in my spine is sick mostly in my pelvis, its also trapped, my pain is unstoppable and they want to do another major surgery on me. I am terrified of the surgery and of getting paralyzed with or without the surgery since both are a chance for me, sadly. Just wanted to write this shortly to let you know YOU give me so much strength, Tiffany. You have no idea. I can't even leave my bed from the pain, only stumble to the bathroom and back, haven't seen people in forever since I am like this since 4 months now. But you give me hope and strength. I will forever be grateful to you. I love you so much ❤️❣️

She seemed to give a lot of great tips on the best type of bags and all that comes along with it.She showed how she cleans it what she uses to get it done. I once had a bowel infection . They took me for a CT scan . During the scan , they determined where they wanted the drain placed and unannounced to me , they stabbed it into the spot where they thought it should go . I was awake and they just did it . What a horrible shocker for me . A week and a half later they took me to the same machine , this time I knew what was coming . It took a few minutes to muster the courage to consent . You were asleep while they placed those drains . Good thing . Glad to see you recover and making great progress . We've got this ! 💙

You are doing terrific!!! You have done an amazing job getting well from such a huge surgery! You will get tired when you do things for several weeks. I have learned from experience of many surgeries that you need to stop when you feel any discomfort or feeling tired, otherwise you will pay for it later, your pain can increase and your fatigue will increase. Your body is spending all its energy healing all the areas that you had surgery.
I will say what a wonderful expressions of relief and calmness on all three of your faces, compared to the last few videos. Amma especially has a less stressful look, as I am certain she has been tremendously worried for you….how wonderful that we can see the upturn you had while in hospital. Try not to stress to much lovely, I have a condition where I’ve been in ICU on a Ventilator 11 times and have had a catheter every time as well as other times where they wanted me on bed rest and sometimes it’s taken me 16hrs before I’ve needed to go - I think because the bladder is completely empty when they take it out. If they get worried they will do a bedside bladder scan which is a mini ultrasound that measures how much liquid is in it it can either be not producing as much urine or it can be retaining and if worst comes to worse they can give you a single use catheter (slides in, relieves the bladder, and is then thrown out so you don’t have to keep it in and can keep trying). Also what you said about listening to the drs and not rushing out is a really good way of thinking. I know how much it kills to want to go home but honestly in my experience it’s not worth trying to get around yourself at home and dealing with extra pain that you can’t just get an extra tablet for it etc and especially if you start vomiting at least they can fix everything so you’re 100% on top of it when you do go home and you won’t have to end up back In ED or ringing you GP or running out of meds etc.
Take your time, your body has been through the ringer, you’re doing great. Keep resting and keeping on top of your pain so you can get proper rest, you can always wean off the meds later it’s not a difficult thing after everything you’ve already been through and they do it really slow.

It’s incredible you’re able to eat so soon after surgery. It took me weeks to be able to keep anything down/in & the weight was falling off. I was so weak. I am so pleased you have an appetite it will aid your recovery no end.

Many weeks ago, when you were talking about your Fortisip and that you didn’t like it, I wrote that you should try Scandishake because they’re actually really nice. I’ve never tried banana, but vanilla, strawberry and chocolate really taste like proper milkshakes. And they have nearly 600 calories in 0.25 litres. I’m so glad they introduced you to those shakes. They’re definitely not gross. Cheers!

The number one thing you can do in order to heal is to go low carb, little to no sugar, to keep inflammation down. Please take transitioning to consuming regular solid foods very slowly & carefully. I'm super happy to hear you are at home & in much better health. Keep smiling 😊 good times are coming.
