I would recommend you to go for counselling. Only two things can happen:
1) Congrats you are on the path of becoming a doctor
2) You will learn the entire counselling process which will definitely be useful for the next year

Sir agar mai mbbs kisi bhi up gmc se karta hu aur just uske bad mera selection aiims pg me ho jata hai to service bond ka kya hoga kya mujhe aiims se pg karne ke bad up me rural service karni padegi ya penalty fee pay karni padegi

There is no limit of choice filling you can filling all colleges if you want but set in proper manner is an important things
