@@mrunknown6591 bhai sir told that the invagion species are fixing more nitrogen. which is natural fertiliger for crops. So instade of changing the greenary of thar they should change the crop.
Thar was not always a desert and the River Saraswati flowed through this region during the Harappan or Indus Valley civilization. Maximum number of archaeological sites have been reported from here and desertification was caused by the river channel shifting and drying up due to major earthquakes further north. Indian Monsoon system was not majorly affected by this as we also have the Mediterranean belt which brings western rains in winter up to Punjab. Also, the western Ghats don't weaken the monsoon, the Himalayas create that wind break so our monsoons easily climb over to central India. The Omani desert is also currently going green so this phenomenon is wider within the region. Of course, we have countries like China and Israel who have successfully irrigated deserts. Simultaneously, we have other areas which are gradually becoming arid due to lack of rainfall, extreme groundwater extraction and poor agricultural practices. Considering the new climate regime there will be new desert regions coming up soon. These changes happen naturally throughout ages but we should be happy to get more agricultural land even as we learn to survive in the new weather patterns.
What are you trying to say? This is a strange argument, to preserve desert animals and to promote desert tourism prevent deserts from becoming green! For the first time I am listening to something like this. What are you smoking? we need that in Noida. In one side of video you mentioned that monsoon winds are bending towards west whereas in other end you are concluding that greenifying Thar will not bend monsoon winds. I am now confused what are you trying to convey?
And also think this, if greening the thar reduces monsoon, then won’t the less monsoon kill vegetation eventually and hence temperatures leading to low pressure that invites monsoon which promotes vegetation. It’s some kind of messy loop.
@@SantoshDhaladhuli2003 but everything has two sides, the world has adapted to the worst of climate change,if the vegetation is naturally increasing then 50 sal to kya 20 sal me bi rokne se kuch nahi hoga. I think India can adapt it ya fir we all be dying in GRAND FEMINE of India
Desertification is worst than reforestation. 5000 + years ago during Saraswati river thar was green. We should stop desert spreading in delhi, punjab, gujrat and Haryana etc.
Bro you need to understand that everything written in books ain't practical if you found deserts turning green is bad in books you should live in hellish places and understand how hard it is to live without water, internet, no food, temp up to 40+ degree.
An other reason for rising greenary in Thar desert, it is Narmada River water coming from Sardar Sarovar Dam which has reached deep into the desert up to Badmer close to Pakistan Border. Reports are there that Water from this canal is being smuggled into Pakistan.

I don't think you did much research OR there is not much research done on this issue by institutions. According to me India needs effecting water harvesting solutions. A green Thar desert means less rainfall for other areas like UP MP Haryana Punjab . but will that not mean that these areas will generate low pressure zone and attract monsoon winds. so confusing
Highly intensive irrigation agriculture should be avoided crop like millet jowar and bajara should be required to be incentivise by government which will reduce water uses and transpiration of these crops is low which will reduce the water molecule in the environment as an agricultural student I have many management practices related to these problems but not possible for me to mention the all sustainable management in comment section..
That's why education is important to you What happens if thar got Greenfield it's weakening our monsoon and also because of that UP Maharashtra hariyana panjab gujrat MP most of those regions got dry more cyclones in costal area
Thar turning green can cause less Monsoon rains in India because Thar desert creates pressure which attracts Monsoon winds to enter India and cause rain fall

ATAKAMA Desert in South America along Chile is the driest desert in the world. It receives less than 1 mm rainfall yearly. Another point to remember: the Antarctica is the largest and driest desert in the whole world if you do not exclude polar deserts.
1.We should think to greenify the boundaries of Thar desert and some necessary patches around the cities and roads within the central region. 2. This is necessary because there is another side behind the coin that is desertification which is spreading throughout the Aravali and beyond towards Punjab Haryana Delhi Madhya Pradesh Uttar Pradesh is even more a bigger much bigger problem. 3. Removal of invasive species and conservation of native flora and fauna is necessary 4. With regard to the monsoon winds I think the low pressure area that is present in China Mongolia is more responsible than Thar region for attracting monsoon in India
As I belong to Assam, I am also in favour of the green environment, some climate change equations may occur in other parts of the country due to low and high pressure creation theory, but the green environment also attracts rain, so it may be a positive sign for our country.
Fun fact: Atacama is the driest non-polar region on Earth. Theres a region in Antarctica called Mc Murdo Dry Valleys where scientists say some spots possibly havent seen precipitation in millions of years.

Thar Desert deserves to retire from the Indian territory after 7 millenias since it's formation. Yes there might be a few geographic and climatic anomalies after the disappearing of Thar Desert in future but it's benefits outweighs the follies. If Thar Desert dissappears from the neighboring states of Rajasthan and Gujarat then the average temperature of Northern India would slowly cool down. With dissappearance of desert there would be reduction in incidents of violent sand storms. Not 2 forget Rajasthan being one of the poorest states of India needs greening of Thar Desert desperately in order to provide more land for farming, industrialization and building of new smart cities that could generate millions of new jobs each year for the growing youth population.

I don't think greening of Thar will have a huge impact. When china and saharan countries are trying to green the desert, we are saying that it is not good to India ... what a logic. Yeah .. we can control how much green we need and control it if necessary. But making it green is a huge task .. may be an impossible one. Also, for the past 2-3 years especially in Kerala the pattern of rain was such that it was concentrated over to the southern part of kerala and mainly this was due to the monsoon winds diverting because of excessive heat in Arabian sea. El-Nino was the main reason behind it. Now El-nino has nearly become neutral and La-nina appears to proceeding and now Kerala is experience good rains all over the state. So mostly the pattern of rainfall might reverse and Thar will be the same as now.

ATAKAMA Desert in South America along Chile is the driest desert in the world. It receives less than 1 mm rainfall yearly.
Another point to remember: the Antarctica is the largest and driest desert in the whole world if you do not exclude polar deserts.
Just go there and live in march for 2-4 months you will realise how many problem they face. You can't live there for even 1 month .
3. Removal of invasive species and conservation of native flora and fauna is necessary
4. With regard to the monsoon winds I think the low pressure area that is present in China Mongolia is more responsible than Thar region for attracting monsoon in India
