Watch this video. Heard your comment about PvP. Thought to myself: I need to rank up to show myself I'm good. First game: won all 1vs1 and 2vs2, decapped, capped, finished the game 16-1, loss. Second game, all the same. I literally solo teamwiped the enemy team, and somehow the got a triplecap all the game. -40. Yeah, sure.... if you are gold you are trash... ok!

You won't win all your games even if you play well, the only thing that matters is the average winrate. 55-60% winrate solo queue in a team game is pretty good.

​@@MightyTeapot Matchmaking is cursed. I get matched up against plat2, kings of arena, and community legends while I'm on silver 3. I remember several seasons ago I was in team with you while I was silver 2 and you even complimented me a lot on the stream. Games are either "we stomp them" or "they stomp us". Regarding my skill level I'm very far away from top players, but playing like this it's also really difficult to improve.

But is it possible to get into platinum while playing casual pvp every day, or do you really have to take some effort?

i'm at 50% winrate solo que and forever G3. but I'm a clicker and a boomer so that's ok 😎
