    I really like how crisp and clean the throttle sounds at the beginning

    It's not really laggy at all. If you mash it around 1500 rpms your good to go. Anything lower and it'll be nothing but smoke. Dyno tests made 500hp

      What size turbine wheel and housing were you running?

    I’m addicted to turbo whistle and smoke. Puffs of smoke letting you know that the turbo is loading.

    What turbine housing do you have on the s363?

    Was the clutch needed after buying the turbo and other fuel mods? Thinking about running this turbo but not sure how long my stock clutch will hold up if I baby it

      I ruined a new stock clutch that had 5k miles on it with just 7x.0085 injectors and an Edge EZ. If you plan on beating on a manual 2nd gen at all with anything more than a timing box, expect to put a clutch in it sooner rather than later.

    How are the egts with that setup I'm looking at a similar one just with different programmers

    • @jwebb4139
      @jwebb4139  Před 7 lety

      I haven't really towed anything very heavy with it since this setup. Egts usually aren't bad at wot. Maybe around 1200 degrees and like 850-950 just driving normal

    Hey! Awesome video glad I came across it. What exhaust housing did you get? I'm looking at buying one next month and I'm thinking .80 A/R 14cm T3 Divided HX40 V Band. I've got the same fueling and clutch but a cts2 level 7 hot unlock. Just looking for wisdom. Thanks again!

      Kyle Archer you'll like it, but get a T4 manifold and .91 AR, you'll like it even more and still spool fast

    What was the cost of the s363 and what all did you change with that set up

    • @jwebb4139
      @jwebb4139  Před 8 lety

      Turbo was around $1300-$1500 and I changed the injectors and clutch with it also

    Hows the smoke if you turn the edge down? or even off?

    • @jwebb4139
      @jwebb4139  Před 7 měsíci

      Smoke is there all the time even if if turned down with the injectors. But if it is turned down it’s very easy to manage it

    • @jwebb4139
      @jwebb4139  Před 7 měsíci +1

      52psi and still the same setup 7 years later running strong

  • @ChaosViper67
    @ChaosViper67 Před 3 lety +2

    Did you need to install head studs? What boost level? Stock valve spring and pushrods?

    • @jwebb4139
      @jwebb4139  Před 7 měsíci

      Very late reply but, yes this is studded, 52psi of boost and stock valve springs and pushrods. Still running the exact same setup 7 years later and running like a champ.
