Yikes! I knew if someone tried to fix it she may end up losing it (her hair that is). It 5 hours over a three day weekend to bring her do back to life.
Your talents are superb. Totally superb! I was sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for you to come away with a clump of your sister's hair in your hand. LOVE your work! Totally awesome. Fortunately I have a great colorist. The 'after' shot of your sisters hair, color and cut was very elegant. The before shot .. a TOTAL disaster!!!!

Seriously? I hate when someone goes to a beauty school to get their hair done and then BAM they fuck up!!! I am soooo glad that you know what you are doing and can actually do some hair!!! It turned out fantabulous!!!!

Looks much better. The color the cut and everything. That was alot of hair she lost. I've only dyed my hair a few times and one time i bleached it and fried it :0 That was the last time I dyed my hair because when it grew out, it looked like crap. I had my natural color and then bleach blonde. No thank you. I have not died my hair in several years and do not plan on doing it again. I'm all for the healthy hair :) Great video btw.

Her hair looks sleek and healthy at the end. What damage are you referring to, the one that will take two years to heal?
I did several deep conditioning treatments along with coating the areas that were damaged with Moroccan Oil. When I applied the bleach I was very careful with the areas that were damaged. In addition, we both agreed to several inches being cut off once the color was done. Corrective color is a complicated process.. and yes sometimes bleach is necessary if you know what you are doing. Thanks!

Looks amazing. But, as she seemed to have dark hair naturally, why didn't you opt for an all over slightly darker colour to combat the damage? I am not a hairdresser but have always thought all over colour was more nourishing.
great, that your hair is still blonde. I recognized that most of the makeovers consist of changing a blonde into a brunette and mostly, it looks horrible. but blonde fits to your type! great!

So...why was her hair so many colors to begin with? Was it toner gone wrong, or bleaching gone wrong? What on earth do you think went wrong at that beauty school??
