Eden Runners - Haweswater Half Marathon - Al Pepper Runs

Today’s episode sees me joined by some of my oldest friends (who happen to be great runners), as we take on the Haweswater Half Marathon, a beautiful, hilly out and back route from Bampton village to the top of Haweswater Reservoir.
I had the pleasure of meeting… Scott the Ironman, the guys from Fleetwood, too many running clubs to mention (special shout out to Saltwell Harriers), Anton, Will from Penrith and, for a second as he blasted past me for an incredible winning time of 1:11:47... Harry Lancaster!
I was lucky to share a half mile or so with plenty of other brilliant runners whose names I didn’t catch but I can safely say it was a pleasure running with you!
