Thread - Black UNI 8/0
Butt - Globrite No2 chopped and blended
Body - Black peacock herl
Rib - Silver Wire
Hackles - Black hen then White hen in front

I've been getting good results with a variation of the hutches with magenta peacock and claret hackle behind the white but I really like your variation will definitely be trying it
