I thought Haney was go make it a boring fight( use his jab, get in & out, tie up Ryan whenever he gets close) than maybe in the later rounds start taking risks once Ryan gets fatigued, and frustrated. That's when I thought Ryan would clip him and catch Dev's attention, then Dev would get back to boxing smarts and win a unanimous decision

Maybe he can only stop guys at a certain weight & his team knows that , he doesn’t put weight stipulations on the guys he brings up but any big 135 lb’er or a 140 lb’er they need a weight stipulation, even though his team caps 🧢 & says he knocks out middleweights in sparring.
