  • As promised, another polymer clay applique tutorial. This project was created with copper chain and findings but turns out beautifully in silver, too;) I used a warm palette for this pendant because I wanted to make my Mom something for fall. Brown hues, pale peach, and dark rusty orange worked really well together against the copper.
    HINT: Pay attention to the size of your pieces, in applique work the individual pieces are so very, very tiny. And remember to leach your clay before you start an applique project, makes it a ton easier! See how to leach clay here • How To Make Polymer Cl...

    Hi....I like Ur cute way of making....my only doubt is how that is baked with that metal inside...it will be problem when we use metal in oven...pls suggest other ways to bake it other than oven

  • @bechalberstater
    @bechalberstater Před 4 lety

    Hi there, just wondering after baking it in the bezel do you need to glue it? If so what glue works well for metal and clay? I’ve heard e6000 will eventually become brittle and break??? Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can give me!

    How do you get the clay so thin for the sprigs?

  • @liliannegauthier2905
    @liliannegauthier2905 Před 10 lety

    Can we do it without the metal piece? Like just with an eyes pin? Or it will be to weak and it will broke? :O because I dont have those metal things, they are really expensive here :(

    • @TheHandMadeDaily
      @TheHandMadeDaily  Před 10 lety +2

      Sorry for the delay, I've been away. Of course you can create it without the metal bezel! Create it however you like. Its all about limitless possibilities when creating:D
