Been trying for 4 months but failed. I have very irregular cycles so I tried this to pin exactly when I would be ovulating (later found out my period calendar marked my ovulation wrong and off by a week!). Have you tried taking prenatals Primrose and folate for four months I did that in my periods just started becoming regular and I’ve lost weight which helped a lot and I’m eating more healthier now my. It’s been on month for three months I’m about to start this month trying

Really useful book, just what I was looking for! Just a couple of suggestions: Since the "period" column is going to waste after the first 7 days, I suggest monitoring your basal metabolic temperature and recording this here (your temp will rise on your ovulation day). Another column that would have been useful to have is for monitoring cervical mucus. This will help narrow down and triangulate your ovulation day more accurately xx

I just want to say that I’ve always had a hard time understanding this process. But because you designed this chart and beautifully detailed everything and broke it down so more simple than my doctors or even the instructions in the ovulation kit ever have. I finally understood and I am keeping track better. We’ve had two losses, no successes of a full pregnancy but due to my pcos it was so hard to pin point my ovulation time. So thank you so much for your help and advice on this! Hopefully the next time I comment it’s to say I’m pregnant with my rainbow 🌈 baby 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻.

I came here after your original video. I purchased the tests and a notebook and am trying this method currently...just finished my period today and we have been ttc for 7 years. I would purchase your journal but I find the price is a bit much as we have already spent a fair amount on ttc so I will be using a normal note book. It took me 10 months using a period tracker app with my first baby, my cycles were all over the place, some 8 or 9 weeks long!. I did mention this briefly to my doctor after 6 months and he said to just keep trying. I wish he had mentioned using strips...so frustrating. My daughter is 9 months old and we are officially TTC for the next one. Using ovulation strips this time!

I know I ovulate around CD20-21. Here I thought I was having implantation bleeding at 11DPO but it was my period early so now my cycle is all screwed up & I have to really pay attention this month.

At the beginning of this year I had a miscarriage at ten weeks along. Was so devastated. My boyfriend and I have been trying over the last couple of months but to no success. I totally stumbled across this video today and I am definitely going to try it. Kinda sucks trying to track my ovulation cycle as my cycle is only 21 days long. Give or take a couple of days either early or late on my period. (was three days early this month). So I ordered the book, as well as some ovulation tests, and going to see what happens. Hopefully I'll be able to update as to whether I get a positive or negative experience. TY for the informative video.
Iv watched so many videos just like this one thank god you actually explain it in more detail but I have to say I am gutted we can't get this book in the UK the UK amazon does not sell it witch is beyond guttering but good old fashion pen and paper will do

@@neshamru9212 my situation is a little different bc I don't ovulate on my own. So I'm on fertility treatment. And then covid happened and fertility treatment got postponed in my state. So it's been a waiting game. But keeping my hopes up for next year! Otherwise the journal is awesome and does help stay organized with tracking!
Hi Victoria! I just bought your Ovulation log on Amazon 💖 and am on Cycle 2, we are hoping to start TTC within the next month or so. On one of my ovulation test strips the left side of the test line is solid/very dark (matching the control line, and the right side of that same line is slightly lighter. How would you read that if it were your test?
The lines have been getting darker in the past few days but wasn’t sure if I should consider this a “high” reading. Wish I could post a pic, Thanks!
I would say thats a low reading, if they were the same darkness i would say thats high and if its darker than the control its peak!

Hello so I am new at this I have read many articles about testing ovulation but am actually checking so I avoid getting pregnant. It's called the Marquette method and I am trying to see if this method works for my spouse and I. I recently had our son and I hear that checking for cervical mucus and tracking avoids pregnancy well I need reassurance to make sure I avoid conceiving again at least so soon. I guess my question is would this catch my ovulation even when I don't have a period since my son is a month old and I'm breastfeeding?
This was helpful to understand but I find the strips fade and the colour of the lines spread/fade out after a day or so, so I’ve not stuck them in a book I’ve taken a photo as they wouldn’t look like when I did them. Is there a way to stop that happening? Happened with the covid tests I did too.

I'd love to try this but my period isn't regular yet. I came off depo injection in October last year and 34 days ago was my first period ( I think) wasn't very heavy(never was before) and lasted about 2 days. I should have my period again but it hasn't come. Not sure if anythings going on because I know it won't be regular just yet or maybe I am pregnant!!!! I do want to get pregnant soon 😍😍😍

I would say cycle day 9 ( first day of period is cycle day 1) if you're not sure when your ovulating!

Thank you for your amazing video. I wonder what should be used as urine cups. Do they have to be disposable, plastic or are paper cups ok? Or can I use reusable regular plastic cups, but how will you clean them properly so that it won't affect ovulation test results? Thanks again.
Sooo disposable are preferred. However it’s obviously bad for the environment. You can wash a reusable cup with soap and water and use it again! Wouldn’t use it for anything else tho hahaha.

Hey.. once a day is enough. Or else more can reduce the sperm quality. But try to do it in same time.

I got this diary...It's so helpful and easy to use. I am curious though..I am swaying for a girl and I am aware to DTD 2-5days before ovulating...From your chart, I can see you DTD around and at Ovulation yet you had a girl...Can you shed more light on that? Thanks for the great work
When you have sex has absolutely no effect on the gender of your baby, it's completely random.
Yes y a girl on ovulation day?
The gender of the baby is determined by which sperm gets to the egg first so has nothing to do with the woman’s cycle or when she had sex

Would you count a a day of just spotting as the first day of your period? Sometimes I will spot for one day and then my period becomes heavy the next day. I’m not sure if it’s the same for anyone else.

I do enjoy your videos and you give great information. I thought it was great you made a tracking journal, I have been looking for a good one for a little while. I think the look of it is simple and beautiful but it is to expensive and for $25 and you only put 38 days. I understand a lot of women fall in that category but for me I don’t and there is no space to add more days. For something to be that expensive and not being able to help everyone on their journey to motherhood is kinda sad. I do think it’s a great product I do think you are a great person for even considering helping others I just wanted you to know in case you are considering updating the note book, expanding or making more books like this. Maybe add more than 38 days and maybe cheaper because at least in my opinion $25 is way too much for a notebook no matter what it’s for. I could be a billionaire and I still wouldn’t spend that much for a note book. Good luck on your journey to motherhood and I hope one day you have a house full of beautiful babies😁.
You can do the same with any notebook.... I just did it in a rough book and succeeded in the 2nd cycle

Is it best to only take 1 ovulation test in the beginning after period? I just bought ovulation tests I have a 30 day cycle and I start taking ovulation tests twice a day the day my period ended I’m on cycle day 12 now. Will you also ovulate the same time every month if your cycles are regular?
thats perfect! And yes if your cycles are very regular you should ovulate around the same day each cycle

every cycle is different. from what she has shown, her cycle this time is 30days. in her previous ttc video her cycle was 28days.
How did you attach the tests to the diary?
when you buy my diary from amazon it comes with a roll of double sided tape!
I do have the same test Strips but wont get a peak :( the line is not stronger than the test line

My period usually only lasts 3-5 days do
