    You can't garentee that someone's joint pain will go away. You don't know for sure what's causing it. They might have arthritis.

    They say they develop by themselves two to three weeks after the filter is installed. I don't know how this happens, but maybe they get there naturally from the air or water you are running through the filter. You would have to do more research on this. I am surprised they don't include a layer of charcoal in the filter.

  • @arcari
    @arcari Před 11 lety +2

    actually is not maintenance free. You have to back flush or remove the bacteria layer and wait the bacteria grow again. Is good to have two filters, while one is filtering the other is maturating.

    Looks like a great idea. Better than not doing it through this at all, with some water. Kangen water, by the way, has more antioxidants in one glass than a punnet of blueberries. People are coming off of their medication with it. Some people are willing to give some of their kangen water away for free. 1 out of 6 households in Japan, have it and the hospitals in Japan, clean with the 2.5ph from it. One doctor online has a cancer protocol for his patients wherein they drink 11.5 ph.

    this filter works on the same principle as the aquarium filters or pond filters , the bacteria culture apears itself or you can buy a bacteria culture from a local pet store for fast response :) eiher way after 2-3 weeks the water is safe to drink ,i know this because i have 3 aquariums , and the fish i own need verry clean water , and my filter works on the same principle .

    All the people asking questions regarding this filter can find the answers by searching google for bio sand filter. You will find a manual in pdf format with step by step instructions on how to built it. You can print it, share it. All the company wants is that you give them credit for the information. It seems fair to me.

    @MrThefroster, it is to preserve the bio-film on the upper layer of sand, this bacterial film consumes organics, nutrients and other (possibly harmful) bacteria.

The people that are being pitched to are dirt poor and would be better served by teaching them to build these kind of filters than trying to profit off them.

    I have tryed it for my fishes. The problem is after 2 month they are all dead now. First it works verry good, but then the water flowes slower and than verry verry slow. A bit of the Sand gets brown color. The filter can also generate harmfull mushroom or bacteria. I think it is better to have 2 ones and change the filter sand from time to time.
