As professional Chefs, we find this disturbing at best. A guy cooking pa big piece of steak is not a "Chef" and it looked unseasoned, ungarnished and not nutritious without potatoes and vegetables. Not to mention basic sauces !

Actually. Grilled beef, it’s better if you add the salt afterwards. As when it’s grilled, it’s draws too much moisture rout and the salt will make it dry.
