That's a lot of cooking sisiyemmie. More 💪..I don't bulk cook,but I prep ingredients,..boil the pepper mix,cook / fry the protein and that's all(I don't want NEPA to spoil and waste money with epileptic power supply...

Most of the time they wake up thirsty so I put it on the bedside. I also keep stuff like diaper changing stuff cos I don’t want to be doing too much at night 😅

@sisiyemmie please I would like to ask how to keep your meals fresh without getting spoiled. I heard rice can't last longer in the freezer, there was a time I kept my fried fish inside the freezer days after it wasn't tasting fresh, ever since then I stopped frying fish to keep even meat. Also my fruits. Please note that I only have a freezer. I will appreciate it if you can help out with the solution

Everything looks delicious but how do you keep it tasting fresh tasting when meal prepping for multiple weeks? Even in fridge or freezer i sometimes can taste the freezer 😂 please help

How long does your fried rice stay before it goes bad sisiyemmie?
My fried rice can stay in Un refrigerated over night , at least a few days in the fridge
Fry ur rice raw before cooking it. It wd last at least a week
