- Leech got buffed in the rebalance and has one of the only WR abilities that doesn't have a real counter. Your only hope is to run away or shield up somehow and wait for the ability to end. We load up 2 different leech builds, as the leech ability cooldown was buffed last week and run into a blatant hacker. I am seeing less hackers these days, but they are still a big problem. The leech weakness is that it has fairly low hp and is vulnerable when the ability is not active. But the firepower and ability are top notch. Leech vs Hacker 💥

Yeah its really cool when youtubers slap ultimate items on old robots and then claim to revive them when the weapons actually take all the credit
The way to revive the Leech without using broken crap would be the Maces and an Hiruko (to maximize health points and be able to use your ability the way it was intended to be used: Redirecting damage)
You should give a try to Isabella Porter, its not really the best for Leech but 60% redirected damage is pretty insane, even if you will stop only 80% of the incoming damage. No one tries that pilot for some reason, i find it better than Tomas if you're looking to get Repulse kills
The question for everyone is, if Leech repulses the robot that has a reflector and someone else hits the Leech, who will be affected by the damage to the reflector?

the guy in the reflector takes most damage because the ability makes the reflected dmg almost do nothing to you and then that reflected damage goes back to them
Leech ability is great for hurting hackers, ochocochi, only thing is crisis reapers ruin it. Whiteout drone helps against hackers too, since they spam abilities like phase shift, dash, etc.

Bro yesterday i've killed an Leech who was in its ability with the Ao Jun flamethrower. The Leech was MK2 lvl 8.
Dw he wasnt using his ability on any of my teammates 😂

Volt, weber, gaus will ignore repulse. Reaper will ignore repulse. DOTs will ignore repulse. Titan alpha weapons will ignore repulse. Oh, and you can just break line of sight, wait for repulse to end, then annihilate the leech. The leech is nowhere near meta and hasn't been for quite a long time.
Yea the leech isn't good. Even when it uses its ability and leeches on to you. You could still shoot it and kill it with today's super strong weapons and bots. I remember when the leech 1st came out and a leech would leech onto you, you'd be yelling "don't shoot it!!!" . 😆 now, nobody cares when it leeches onto someone and shoots it.

@@Stellarhornet for me, very much so. The exceptions are ochos (and shells somewhat) and titans, and when u get spawn raided by good players. But if Im 1v1 against a similar level player than me, which for example currently I’m champion level 5600, then I will win about 70 to 80 % of the time. The Mindread pilot is essential tho. The other one is trash

Pixonic must create a new legendary pilot for leech which is gonna give him the immunity against dot effect,rust effect & defence mitigation weapons and also they must reduce the reload by 8 sec i believe this would be the real buff for leech 😅 .

The only reason I did not use the leech before was because of its HP. But now I might use it because it has somehow came back in the meta.
Hey Pred, I’ve ran 4 Fatal Havoc on Leech and Typhon and they chew Ochos up, I don’t have 4 Devastators but I know you do. Any chance you can run a Sonic Behemoth and hunt some Ochos to see how that works out? Thinking once their ability drops, that’s a 2-3 hit kill. My thoughts are Kestrel and LD for Active but guessing you’d prefer unstable.

Leech is a da bomb. I run it quite a bit. Nothing better than having lynxes and anglers and nethers and other meta bots running up to u guns ablazing and u fold em like hand towels! Also mars turrets and banana guns are neutralized by it!

@@ayman473 I’ve run multiple. At first when emogis were the plague, I ran korean lasers with QR. Also worked good against Lynx. Then for a while, b4 they got nerfed, spike with kestrel, was absolutely lethal. I could 1v1 any bot till Ocho came along. Mace and hazard are pretty good, sonic is good for some, not me tho, not good with those weapons. Currently my two favorite and effective builds are ultimate orkan with kestrel, and ultimate pulsar with paralysis. But get the Thomas Mindread LP, the other one is a pile of mud. But, one thing, ochos give me fits. Those get me. Other bots, i can handle

The leech still uses resistance for it's main usability, there's entire robots and Arsenal that go through resistance like butter

The leech is 100% NOT meta😂the leech is easily countered by dot effect, bomb effect, or the reapers, ophion hard counters leech too bc the bomb effect does insane damage and it bypasses all types of defense
It's not the Leech that is good, it's the weapons you're using. The Leech still sucks. ANY bot that has a charged NA, or any kind of defense mitigation, can take it out instantly, even when its ability is active.
Now try it with regular flamethrowers and the older shotguns. I guarantee it sucks.
havoc are good too, bsg are descent. Long range weapons can be descent
@@PREDATORWR I'm gonna have to get my frozen leech out of the cryo and give it some heat. I got into the game shortly before the leech storm meta. That was tough, but nothing compared to now.
@HeriEystberg regular flames are still excellent weapons and do a lot of damage. Of course, the ultimate igniter does a lot more. About the same damage to an Ember but still good.
I have igniter and ember on my fenrir and it cooks up bots.

Another.... ill put my max drone, weapons and modules on a bot and say its the bot thats good. Yall should try playing the same game as the rest of us .... where you dont always have the best of everything.

the bots were moving too fast unless thet had nitro units.. however the murometz ability cool down was too short.. it was like 5 sec
It was around 12 seconds, i counted, but still 10 seconds too fast, don't know if there are any pilot skills that reduce cooldown, with active modules and so on...😂
