That's beautifully executed of our Filipino dishes... I think Germans can relate the taste of Sinigang being sour as sauerkraut . Many Filipino food is very appetizing ...it's so good even you're full you still want to eat because of the taste! :) I think "DINUGUAN" sould suit well there too... as parts of Europe do eat blood pork sausage ..in this case in Germany too as Blutwurst.. so therefore to some Germans may like it!
I'm sure you perfected the taste of the Adobo and the Sininigang... now you made me hungry too!...

The secrecy in cooking Filipino rice, no matter how much rice you cook, is measuring the amount of water you put in using your finger. From the top of rice, add water up to the first line of your finger.. And a little more above the first line of the finger because I want my rice little softer..❤

Beautiful!❤ Just some tips: if you use pork belly you can avoid using cooking oil, the fat of the belly is enough; instead of basil you can use green spring onion; the ideal is to marinate your meat with soy sauce and vinegar it will be super tender; Ocras shouldn't be sliced or his juice will come out, just put it inside. I am proud that filipino cuisine is getting known through the world😄

u can actually explore on your adobo..try adding a little bit of sugar to balance the sourness of vinegar or oyster sauce ...try also sisig and lechon kawali..goodluck and congrats u seem so confident cooking filipino food already..💕
