Do you have these homes in Tucson?
Yes, Lennar has six active communities they're building around Tucson.
Nice but have the laundry room in closet in next gen, hmmmm you have a hang water bags for all the moisture.
Could cause some humidity I suppose. That's really the only place that would fit in the floor plan, and I know other places put the stackable units in a closet like that and haven't had issues. Thanks for watching!
@@ArizonaDreamin and I know people that has them in their homes and it’s the one thing they hate about the house. So there’s that. Tried doing them in garage maybe.
That's definitely an option. Or just use the main laundry room in the other part of the house. I just looked at this model with someone who said they'd prefer to do that and not have the stackable units in the closet to free up more space for her mom to use in there. Lots of possibilities.
I like the laundry setup better in the Revolution model. Similar to the Trillium but next to the garage access door rather than in the bedroom.@@ArizonaDreamin

So this particular community is sold out, but if you like the Trillium they're selling it nearby in Queen Creek at Madera West Estates and it starts at $657K.
