49cc / 50cc Scooter Info, Pros, Cons, & Expectations (Moped)

I've been asked numerous times for info about 49cc or 50cc scooters, so I finally gave in and did a quick Vlog just because I've never done one before... and may never again. Please forgive me for having the mic pretty much in my mouth and the freezing weather didn't help much.
Hopefully there's a little bit of useful info in here for people considering a 49cc scooter.
