Is the "local storage" upgradeable with an SD card ? I cannot find any information on it. I don't want to pay extra for cloud storage, and 8GB is ridiculously small.

Ordered this product through indiegogo. The doorbell died in under a year so I went back to service for a replacement. I sent them a video of the failure to connect and the dead bell unit but I am still waiting to get a definitive answer from them. The fact that it died in less than a year and they won’t support the warranty does not bode well.
Is there a section where you can make the recording time longer. How do you save videos that you want to keep
mine doesnt come with extra battery and no where to purchase it and also the app doesn't even work on any of my devices

Can I install the application on two android phones (mine and my wife's) and additionally on an android tablet that will be on the wall at home. I don't always have my phone with me when I'm at home, so I also want to be able to answer with a tablet in the living room. If someone calls then, will these three devices ring at the same time?
Why didn't you use the angle mount on the side install?
Did you notice that the motion starts to record a bit too late? Is there any settings to make it record earlier?

Also radar is not working like they advertising . Every time when some walking pass but not walking to my door I receiving notification when I shouldn't receive false notification. Also cars .
And sometimes night vision turning on and off when it's get bit more light

The apps kept resetting and when i tried to reinstall, it says the camera is still linked to my phone number which i am not able to access. The set up is a major headache

Will this connect to the new wifi6 2.4ghz connection? My previous doorbell couldn't connect to my wifi6 router. It was working fine with my wifi5 router.. thought of purchasing this doorbell but afraid that it won't connect .
You should always set your wifi bands idependently, most IoT devices still only support 2.4GHz and they fail when there is only one wifi network that tends to "automatically" switch beetween the 5/2.4GHz bands. So setup your router for 2 band with separate SSID, like Home_2.4 and Home_5 for 2.4Ghz and 5GHz band respectively, and you will have no issues connecting with your devices no matter what router you have.
