You should try Uzbek food my mom is from Uzbekistan and I was raised with this food some recommendations are Chebureki which is lamb or beef in a fried thin piece of dough, Samsa which is lamb or beef in a thick piece of dough, Manti which is a dumpling with meat or pumpkin, and one I personally like is Smak salad which is croutons, tomatoes, dill, and mayonnaise
